Orsetsetra (by bicycle)

This bicycle trail will take you up to Orsetsetra which is a well-maintained summer mountain farm. There is a great viewpoint with a view over Torvikbukt and large parts of Outer Nordmøre.

The trail starts at the Gjemneshallen hall / “Joker” shop in Torvikbukt. Follow the asphalt county road in the direction of Osmarka. After cycling for 2 km turn off to the left (at the sign for Orsetsetra/Reinsfjellet) and follow the gravel road for about 500 metres. Take the right turn (at the sign for Orsetsetra/Reinsfjellet) and follow the tractor/car road for about 1.4 km until you reach the car park and the stacking area for timber. Up until this point you have been cycling on a relatively good and easy surface. From here, turn to the right and cycle through a gate (at the sign for Orsetsetra/Reinsfjellet). Follow the tractor road that has several steep sections and patches of difficult surface until you reach Orsetsetra. The tractor road has a number of side roads attached to it, but you should follow the one which is easily recognised as the most used one. Follow the same way back.

The starting point of the trail is at the Gjemneshallen hall / “Joker” shop in the centre of Torvikbukt. Torvikbukt is about 50 km away from Kristiansund and Molde.
