Langliløken

The area of Fursetfjellet is the starting point for a number of nice family and fitness trails. On sunny days, you will see a buzzing crowd of outdoor enthusiasts here. Langliløken can be a wonderful trail destination for children. It is located along the ski trail towards Skaran and the Silsethytta cabin. The area is perfect for stopping for a rest along the way. It is also nice to play on the hills nearby.

The trail to the Silsethytta cabin is signposted from the car park in Fursetfjellet. Cross E39 from the car park. Note that it is a high-speed busy road. Follow the groomed ski trail towards the open marshy area of Langliløken.

Drive along E39 between Hjelset and Batnfjordsøra. At the highest point of the Fursetfjellet area, there is a paid car park that is cleared by a snowplough in winter. Park your car along the western side of E39 in Fursetfjellet.
