Hustadvika / Molde

The trail at a glance

This scenic ski trip covers gentle terrain with groomed ski trails. The ski resort Skaret Skisenter is responsible for ski trail grooming. It prepares many alternative routes with the starting point at the car park by the ski resort. New trails are groomed here from 11:00 a.m. on workdays and from 8:00 a.m. on weekends. Once you reach the Langdalsbu cabin, you can follow the same route back to the starting point. Langdalsbu is a popular day trip cabin maintained by Molde and Romsdal Trekking Association (MRT) with a kiosk that is open during the ski season from January to the beginning of April (Easter). Open on Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.http://www.ut.no/hytte/3.1313/ The two other MRT cabins, Feskarbu and Ottarbu, are located by Lake Langdalsvatnet about 500 metres away from the Langdalsbu cabin. These are two no-service cabins that offer overnight accommodation. http://www.ut.no/hytte/3.1704/
