This trail follows a solid gravel-surfaced path and is suited to various needs. The path is illuminated and equipped with picnic benches. There is a playground for children, a barbecue place and benches in Kammen. It is nice to spend a warm summer day at the sand beach and take a dip in the water.
Drive along Industrivegen Road in Åndalsnes and follow the sign to the swimming area. There is a designated car park there. The trail is evenly shaped around the peninsula. There are many idyllic places in Kammen which invite you to take a break along the way or sit down and enjoy the view of the fjord. A number of paths climb up to the top of the hill, and it is also possible to walk towards Felleskjøpet where there is another beach. Source:
