Route description
The trail starts from the centre of Valldal. Walk over the Muri Bridge across the Valldøla river to get to its northern side. Keep to the right just after you walk over the bridge and walk along the river on asphalt next to a factory building. Bedringens Road starts from near the edge of the forest after about 100 metres. Follow Bedringens Road until you reach the next bridge across the river called the Muribø Bridge. This is where Bedringens Road ends. Follow the same way back. There are no challenging or dangerous sections along this trail.
This is a “there-and-back” trail. The trail goes along the northern side of the Valldøla river from the Muri Bridge to the Muribø Bridge.
You can continue walking further from the Muribø Bridge, but you will have to follow a public asphalt road.
